Rich Rethorn was a manager in New York Telephone for almost 29 years before joining System Studies more than 25 years ago. His responsibilities with System Studies involve product development, sales, installation, and customer assistance for telco perssonnel in New York City (including Southern, Midtown and Northern Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Nassau, Queens and Staten Island).
