Transducer Test Meter
This digital display meter (Part No. 9800-3600) is a highly accurate and reliable hand-held instrument that makes it possible to measure the output of 4 to 20 milliampere (mA) devices, such as our High Resolution Pressure and Flow Transducers™. It can also be used to assist in the installation of Cable Section Locator (CSL) devices used in the CopperWATCH cable theft monitoring application.
The meter has a non-slip protective cover and is supplied with a convenient nylon fabric carrying case. It measures 7 in (17.78 cm) long by 3.25 in (8.26 cm) wide. The housing, including attached mA power source, is 2.75 in (6.99 cm) thick. Meter readings are presented in a large (22 mm font height) 4-digit LCD display. The unit operates on three standard AAA volt batteries, while the milliampere power source requires one 9 volt battery. Approximate weight of the test meter is 20 oz (.57 kg).
