Power Pipe Splicing Manifolds
This specially designed, stainless steel Two Port Power Pipe Manifold, Part No. 6510-0086, is used to join two lengths of one inch air pipe at a tee location where it is desirable to feed up to two standard half inch air pipes from the larger pipe. It contains two 3/4" female threads (one on each end) to accommodate the required 3/4" NPT-M Power Pipe End Connectors (Part No. 9800-0141). It is also equipped with two 1/4" NPT-F ports that are used with 1/4" NPT-M air pipe connectors and/or flow limiters to supply air feed, via 1/2" air pipe, to the Flow Finder Manifolds. An additional 1/8" NPT-F port makes it possible to install a standard tank valve for measuring delivery pressure at the splice.
System Studies also supplies a Four Port Power Pipe Manifold (Part No. 6510-0085) which, essentially, consists of two Part No. 6510-0086 manifolds joined by a 3/4" NPT-M nipple fitting. This larger manifold provides ample ports for feeding the 1/2" air pipe system from the larger, high-flow capacity Power Pipe. Ports not being used require a hex head plug. Part No. 6240-0018 is used for the 1/8" NPT-F port, and Part No. 6240-0043 is used to plug the 1/4" NPT-F ports.
